Construction is a branch of industry that includes civil engineering, building construction and hydraulic engineering. Upon completion of the first cycle of studies, candidates acquire the academic title of "Bachelor of Civil Engineering" with 240 ECTS credits.Upon completion of the first cycle, candidates are trained to:• Describe and solve professional construction problems• Critically evaluate assumptions and data and solve professional problems in a creative way• Dimension smaller construction structures in the field of civil engineering, hydraulic engineering and building construction• Design buildings at the basic level• Water a minor construction project• Link the interaction between design, construction and user requirements• Plan, design, execute, supervise and maintain major construction projects through joint teamwork• Improve and further develop acquired competencies with the help of experienced professional staff of higher qualification level
