The Faculty of Agriculture is a legal body with the status of an institution of higher education – a unit of the University of Belgrade and with rights, obligations and responsibilities regulated by the Law on Higher Education, the Statute of The University of Belgrade and the Statute of the Faculty.The founder of the Faculty is the Republic of Serbia.The Faculty is autonomous in accordance with the Law and the Statute of the University of Belgrade.The tasks of the Faculty are organizing and conducting academic studies that have been founded at the Faculty, as well as scientific research.The Faculty is an institution of higher education which conducts higher education and scientific research activities in the fields of crop science, fruit science and viticulture, horticulture, zootechnics, soil management, phytomedicine, agricultural engineering, food technology, biochemistry and agricultural economy of within its main framework.
