PolyGone Technologies is a cleantech startup solving microplastic pollution by preventing the release of the largest contributor - microfibres. These plastic threads are released during the washing of synthetic textiles and have been found in 83% of the world's tap water. We are developing easy to use, highly effective laundry products that capture microfibres within the washing machine. We provide filtration for washing machine effluent and other industries, keeping microfibres out of water and out of our food and beverage. We are able to detect quantity of microfibres in products and assess current microfibre emissions.
