The process (Puripool Process) is safe enough that you may continue using the pool during the treatment, with no down time or exposed plaster. The Puripool Process safely removes calcium, phosphates, nitrates, Cyanuric acid (conditioner/stabilizer), salt, TDS (Total Dissolved Solids), viruses, bacteria and more. Utilizing a 40,000 gallon per day (gpd) Reverse Osmosis system, as well as several additional filters, the return water is drinking water pure, and free from contaminants. Pool Services Technologies, Inc. also provides custom trailer mounted units for mobile filtration, as well as inline systems for larger pools, to those who see the value of this technology and wish to maintain their investment properly. The trailer mounted units can service the individual pool owner on an "as needed" basis, negating the need to ever drain or refill their pool, whereas the inline systems provide continuous monitoring of larger, commercial type projects, with greater bather loads. Either system provides clean, clear, safe water, as well as conserving water, and a lower chemical demand for sanitation. Trailer mounted units are available in 20,000 and 40,000 gpd (gallons per day) sizes.
