Over the last 20 years the owners of POP Retail have worked with the world’s leading retail property developers, landlords and tenants to fill vacant retail units with new shops & restaurants. In our corporate careers and then as owners of Vindico Retail, a specialist retail delivery consultancy, we have supported the opening dozens of malls and thousands of new stores. As part of these openings, there were inevitably units that didn't open or were left vacant for various reasons. During the Global Recession we re-looked at the programs we had implemented to enhance center openings and realized that we could not only provide a better shopper experience, but we could do it with a business model that worked in the current challenging economic climate.
