POPGroup LA is owned by four partners - Amy Coan, Dawn O'Leary, Ginger Perkins and Becky Prange. We fully serve our corporate and non-profit clients by working from conception through execution of an event while giving appropriate, unique and cost-effective options. We can provide input on all decisions including themes, venues, vendor selections, decor, menu and entertainment. For fundraising events, we can advise our clients on live and silent auctions, donation cards, raffles and appeal speeches and work with donors and sponsors. All of our events are highly organized using specific agendas and timelines outlining the event of the day for all vendors, speakers, talent, A/V, catering and venue support staff. We are present the day of the event to supervise the set-up, vendors and staff while providing our day-of expertise in troubleshooting challenges that may arise, allowing our clients to fully enjoy their event.
