Happy New Year to all! Change is afoot, and I am excited about several new developments. First, I have commenced discussions with a couple of well-respected real estate investment firms -- more news will be forthcoming as available. Second, in conjunction with a prominent NGO, I am inviting experts to participate in a series of seminars in Asia on distressed US investment opportunities, scheduled to launch in mid-2010. Finally, Poplar Capital is a closely-held entity established to manage and sponsor opportunistic investments.
