Popular Nobodies, LLC is a Dallas-based privately held company that creates user-generated entertainment communities, aggregates web memes, and develops and deploys media web service/applications (such as music and user generated video editing) focused on generating and monetizing traffic on our network of sites primarily through advertising, merchandising and subscriptions. Our web meme sites are simple, but very relevant and highly entertaining, attracting user-generated content and the traffic associated with that traffic, and offering media web service applications to our users. Our web-based media service/applications are focused on filling niches that we have identified in which there is a need for a web-based application and site related to user-generated content, the aggregation of relevant web content for users or a product/service for which distribution is fragmented and in need of a channel. In our first year of operation, we have developed and deployed a number of Internet web meme entertainment communities and built our overall traffic in the last 6 months to 1 million plus pageviews per month and are in the process of launching our first media web applications in Q1 2011.
