Subic Consolidated Projects Incorporated (SCPI) started as an equipment rental company for Hanjin Heavy Industries and Construction Corporation's Ship Building Facility Project in the Redondo Peninsula of Subic Bay Freeport Zone in Subic, Zambales. It was incorporated and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission on May 23, 2007 as a Subic Bay Freeport Enterprise engaged in heavy equipment rental and logistics handling business.
