At Portfolio, our vision is “Education Without Limits.” We believe• Our Schools need to be reimagined from scratch. • Technology can have a 10x effect on learning, if schools are built the right way.We have set out to build a network of private K-12 micro schools in New York and surrounding areas. We want these to be schools that model the research based curriculum, software technology and professional development for teachers which will eventually become the norm in schools. With practical implementations of these three key elements in schools, our aim is to make our curriculum, technology and professional development available to private, charter, and public schools.Our First Campus and Tech Team:We opened our first elementary age campus in Tribeca, NYC, on September 12th 2016. We plan to expand to 4x next year and build a technology team to implement the innovation that’s needed in our schools.
