Positano uses two Acunto wood-fired, volcanic stone ovens built in Naples.Both pizzas and salads are made in front of the customers. In fact, pizzas are baked in just 90 seconds in 900-degree ovens! The ovens and the pizza making are the star and the entertainment.The décor is industrial, mid-century, with hints of Italian design.
