My name is Cindy and I am a licensed counselor and certified life coach. My background is in helping others. I earned my Master's Degree in Psychology about 5 years ago. I have loved learning about how to manage one's moods and stressors effectively for years and helping others to do so.My mission is to help women in all stages of life move themselves in a positive direction away from sadness, depression, anxiety and substance abuse especially after divorce or other life challenges to a happy, more peaceful life.
