Potch Vegas Brand is a student clothing brand that started in 2016 in the small South-African town of Potchefstroom. Potch Vegas started with a hashtag on Instagram in August of 2013, where a student posted a photo on Instagram and gave it the #PotchVegas social tag, naturally referring to Potchefstrooms' "Vegas-like" lifestyle. This became a social status, and was soon trending on social media. Potchefstroom turned to Potch Vegas in a couple of weeks. While still students we decided to start a clothing brand, something own to Potchefstroom and its students… That is where Potch Vegas Brand started. Potchefstroom sets the bar for student life around South Africa, and Potch Vegas Brand is capturing just that. We are celebrating and capturing the spirit of Potchefstroom's vibrant students. This brand brings a fresh new varsity trend, and one that is not just trendy, but very particular about its products' cut, and quality. We embrace quality and plan on becoming a nationally recognised brand. This brand is one born in Potchefstroom, for Potchefstroom. We go to great lengths to maintain our local production platform, investing in Potchefstroom and South-Africa. The ‘Made in South-Africa" tag is one we wear with pride.
