Recently we became one of the first organizations in the nation certified by the "Work-site Bullying Institute" to implement there highly sought after training programs in the workplace. Although bullying is an epidemic in the workplace from coast to coast, our specific focus is not necessarily addressing the individual bully nor lobbying for support or against any of the legislation coming down the pike to address this issue. Rather, our interest is saving our clients money, changing corporate culture, and boosting the overall morale of the employees. We recognize that what's worse than any single one individual work-site bully who deflates company morale is a corporate culture that inadvertently recognizes, promotes, and rewards any one of the 15 characteristics of bullying behavior on a regular basis over a sustained period of time.
