Poulr-Ades (Pty) Ltd is a project in egg hatchery farming markets. We identified the opportunity to be a centre for urban agriculture, taking advantage of growing poultry trends and South Africa's need for ,more chicken production. The foundation of our system is a regularly supply day–old chicks (chickens) to the communities in the Eastern Cape region and larger organizations/farms involved in poultry farming. Our latest project is Onion Production. Poultr-Ades Pty Ltd (Onion Project) will specialize in strategic fresh onion supply. The foundation of our system will be to regularly supply of fresh onions to the rural communities in the Eastern Cape region and larger organizations involved in hosting farming products. General food law will be taken into consideration and will cover matters in procedures of food safety and hygiene (micro-biological) including provisions on the tracebility of food (Hazard Analysis and critical Control Points, of HACCP). We want to familiarize ourselves with all sectors in the farming industry. Onions will be planted in a 4 Hector planting area.Target customers for our product include the following:- Poultry farm owners Backyard poultry producers. Rural area poultry producers in rural area communities.........and now Vegetable farm owners Street vendors. Rural area communities.
