With 3 high volume production lines consisting of, two, 3 stage Zirconium conversion coating lines and one, 4 stage Zirconium conversion coating line powder coating lines as well as a large format batch oven for one off and small production runs.Our equipment can accommodate parts as small as half inch metal brackets to a 15 foot long utility trailer. Our facilities include equipment containing large range of colors which gets upgraded every 2 years to ensure the highest quality of powder coating available Powder Coaters offers regular and rush delivery orders. We offer a 24 ft. straight truck as well as a 48 ft tractor trailer.Powder Coaters Inc., has been in business since January of 1985. Since then, the company has expanded from a 5000 square foot facility with 1 paint line, to the present 30,000 square foot facility containing 3 high volume powder coating lines and a batch oven.
