With three property management teams, plus three more property managers supporting the teams, Power Properties has the work force and backup necessary to make sure your property receives the proper care even when there is an absence due to illness or vacation. Our employees bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the care and management of your home; in fact, the majority of our property managers have over ten years experience and some have two decades of experience.In addition to our front line staff, we have a full time accountant and an accounts payable and receivable department to handle all of the financial recording and reporting for your properties.To ensure your property gets the maximum exposure whether it is for rent or sale we have seven full time, committed and fully licensed Realtors.The bottom line is that we are experienced, dedicated professionals.
