Power Style Consulting is a men's image, style and personal development company in St. John's, Newfoundland. After spending the last year doing research and developing my own personal image and style, I realized that there is nothing like this in Newfoundland for men that I have discovered. There are of course a few men's magazines out there but we all know they are not realistic for the majority of the men out there. We don't care about the latest brands of overpriced clothing or shoes, because 95% of these latest and greatest brands don't look good on most men anyway except for the male models they are custom made for. Guys like me, my father, your bother, or you really don't care what is happening on the runways around the world. We simply want to look good and make a good impression people we come in contact with on a daily basis, especially the ladies. Men are told to study hard, get a good job, marry a pretty girl, and have a family. For the most part men have never been taught or encouraged to look good or value the importance of image. If we do try to look good and value how we look we are often called names and in some cases told we look stupid if we dress nice even to go for coffee. It's as if taking pride in our appearance is something to be ashamed of. It's all about how other people see you. The better you look and the more confident you come across the more positive people will look at you. I am starting Power Style Consulting so that I can help others realize their true potential, both, professionally and socially. After doing much research over the last year and talking to quite a few men, and women I have come to the conclusion that a lot of men need help in these areas of their lives.
