We offer instructor-led group trainings in powerwalk with intervals and strength training for different levels. Our training sessions last for one hour and take place in Frognerparken all year round.Powerwalk is a gentle but very effective alternative to jogging. It is also well-suited for weight loss programs.Powerwalk is suitable for everyone who is able to walk relatively fast, as the intensity can be adjusted individually. This exercise is well suited for runners with kne-, hip- or back- issues, who need active rehab. Professional sportsmen/-women worldwide do use powerwalk for gentle training while having injuries.
