Our journey began in 2008 when we proudly opened Barcey's Cafe in Bushwick, Brooklyn, and became an instant hit. We were one of the neighborhood's trailblazing coffee shops, quickly evolving into an all-day – everyday brunch hotspot that everyone loved. With success came a lot of challenges and the dreadful and grueling long hours of work, but we endured it for the rewarding experience of sharing the comfort and tranquility perfectly brewed coffee brings. We loved what we did.Everything changed in 2017 when we were expecting our first child. After a long and successful stint of operating our business, we decided to let it go to focus more on our baby and her special needs. By the end of 2018, we had sold our business, and though it was the toughest decision we have ever made, we have no ounce of regret to date – it was an amazing run. As seasoned entrepreneurs, we could not help but wonder what our next venture would be after this entire ordeal; however we were certain that our love for coffee will never part from us. This led to the idea of creating a convergence of artisan coffee roasters to enable cafés, offices, small businesses across the nation to offer and rotate specialty coffees for their customers and employees regularly at wholesale coffee price. Roasters also get the opportunity to showcase their creations, reach more potential customers and with that premise, cafés and businesses can look forward to excited clients and employees, ready to down their next cup of joy.Above all, everyone who is part of the process gets to enjoy the abundance and fulfillment of our overall team effort as we provide a platform where we can all share our constant love for coffee. It was on that notion that Barcey's was conceived and we have not looked back ever since.To share our love for coffee with the nation and the world at large by connecting businesses to artisan coffee roasters.
