Personal and Professional Development Training, 'Real world training for real people' PPD Training was established in 2008 to provide an alternative, flexible approach to client training needs, and has since evolved into one of the leading training providers in the South West of WA. We are the preferred training provider for many companies within the education & government sectors, and in the manufacturing, retail, mining , oil & gas, building and construction industries in Western Australia, with clients throughout the state. We have an extensive academic scope which can be found at : http://training.gov.au/Organisation/Details/52080 and we are able to deliver training across a very wide variety of disciplines and workplace levels from the coalface to senior management. Permanent training centers and offices are located in Eaton, Bunbury for smaller groups and we also hire venues in Bunbury and Perth, for larger groups. Our classrooms feature flexible layouts, allowing them to be customised for specific training needs. Much of our delivery is being conducted successfully on-site at various client's premises throughout Western Australia and overseas. We also offer online and/or correspondence training, which is available for many courses giving a more convenient and flexible approach. We are also able to offer affordable and flexible partnering arrangements with employers who have their own trainers, to conduct training in the workplace in their own time and to suit their work programs and schedules. We can also offer employers assistance with traineeships, which may potentially also be eligible for government funding. Our mantra is to work with our clients to achieve the optimum outcomes for their needs.
