I have now retired from full time employment at Staffordshire University but am continuing with part time forensic investigations and expert witness work.I undertake both criminal and civil cases, including Industrial Tribunals on all aspects of computer based evidence including employee misuse and contractual disputes. I am experienced in the use of Encase and have received formal training as an SJE.I have also been trained by NCC's AccreditUK.com to assess smaller ICT companies, especially those unable to cope with ISO and certify them as fit to supply services to public sector and other purchasers requiring minimum standards.
