As Managing Consultant of PR Perth, Tim Larcombe provides business development and public affairs services to a select group of clients including PTTEP, AROSE, Australian Development Capital, BP and Neptune Energy. Tim is a specialist in incident response communications and has been a standing member of multiple oil and gas EMT / CMT structures including for BP, Murphy, ExxonMobil, Vermilion, PTTEP, Perseus Mining and Santos. During more than 20 years in external affairs Tim has managed crisis and emergency communications during a number of high profile events.Tim was Oil & Gas Practice Lead at Professional Public Relations from 2013-2017 managing a large portfolio of national clients including APPEA, Vermilion, Eni, Murphy, Santos, BP, ExxonMobil, ASCO Group, Toxfree, WA Department of Commerce and The University of Western Australia (Energy & Minerals Institute).From 2008-2012, Tim was Public Affairs Manager in Australia for INPEX Corporation, operator of the Ichthys LNG project. Tim was instrumental in designing and implementing the company's successful community and media relations programs during the critical period of formal environmental assessment for the Ichthys gas plant in Darwin.
