Prag Jyoti Syntex Limited was established in the year 1996 at Bhiwadi, Rajasthan. Ours is a vertically integrated unit manufacturing Fibre, Yarn and Dyeing. PSL has 6000 cotton spindles running on synthetic fibre. The Company also finalized its plan to expand the existing units at Bhiwadi, Rajasthan.Our plant consists of modern & latest machines from companies like LMW, Lakshmi Reiter, Savio, Textool, PS Metler, Prerna, GS, Staffi, Swastik, Etc. We have complete engineering and R&D department from workshop till ZLD ETP plant.Our vision is to manufacture a high quality yarn thereby withstanding high level of competitiveness. We believe in developing a long term relationship with our customers and suppliers. We also believe that quality products are not only by promises but also by proven results. Development of new products is done through innovation in defining production processes of higher quality and making available modern technologies and professionals with the highest level of competence. We never stop exploring ways to further the quality of our products and providing excellent service to cater to the needs of our customers. Our yarns are 100% autoconed and all faults cleared by Electronic Yarn Clearing system from Uster QuantumAcrylic Bulky Yarn – Grey & Dyed 4/16, 3/16, 2/32, 2/32 HT and 2/48Acrylic Non Bulky Yarn – Grey & Dyed2/40 & 1/40Polyester Acrylic Blended Yarn3/16, 4/16 & 2/32 – Optical WhiteWe have an extensive range of more than 100 shades in our shade card.Further we also undertake customization of shades as per our customer's requirement. We have facility to dye hank yarn in batch sizes of 60 KGs, 120 Kgs and 240 Kgs. Our fibre dyeing facility is of 300 - 400 Kgs per batch. Further, the company is about to add new products like 1/8, 1/18, 1/20, 1/30 and 1/40 in 100% polyester yarn.
