Pragmatic Solutions Ltd. is a privately owned company, specializing in safety and disability management, delivering on the opportunity for automation of better workplace safety by way of Information Technology. The challenge of implementing software solutions led us to discover that current safety and loss management systems are dysfunctional and that it is not possible to implement software without first rectifying the underlying management problems. For the last decade we have been operating as a private safety think tank investing considerable resources into research and design, investigating the reasons for failed safety and developing practical solutions. As a result, we have developed well thought out solutions to questions that are now only being asked today. We offer an innovative tool set along with software applications which are supported by research to provide effective solutions that are simple to implement and provide practical value. It is our goal to use this learning to effect industry wide change. As such, we hold steadfast to the view that management processes and evaluation methodology must be "open source" i.e. the intellectual property is available to all. Our vested interest remains solely in our information technology solutions and copyrights. We adhere to the belief that nobody has to be seriously injured or killed on the job and this is where we find our passion for evolving and re-engineering current safety practices.
