Prague Business Toastmasters (PBT) is one of the fastest growing Toastmasters International (TMI) clubs in Prague. As any other TMI club, its mission is to provide positive and mutually supportive learning environment in which each individual member has the opportunity to develop oral communication and leadership skills.What distinguishes the PBT club from the rest in Prague is the focus on business-oriented speech topics, role-playing workshops and educational seminars with external coaches.In comparison to the standard business coaching organizations, PBT appears to be special and complementary by providing regular meetings for the club members which allows them not only to learn but also to test, improve and sustain their leadership skills through consistent practice of what they have been taught in the on-the-job soft-skill trainings at their workplaces.Key principles that yield unique benefits for the PBT club members are openness to the public and free exchange of information, knowledge and experience within the club.
