We help people who are drowning in depression, frozen by anxiety, and overcome by anger. We also help distant couples reconnect. Our ideal clients realize they're not living the life they want. They are ready for a change and are ready to engage in the therapeutic process. They may have been hurt or be hurting, but are now ready to heal and return to being themselves. One unique option we offer is the choice to get outside. Let's walk and talk. We like to give our clients the option of meeting at the office or a local park. Through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, we work on identifying actionable steps you can take to remedy your problems, improve your mood, and/or lessen your anger. When working with couples, our focus will typically be on improving communication so both parties can be heard, respected, and healed.
