Pre-skilling makes change by allowing young people with ambitions, passions and dreams to flourish early. Young people in primary school, secondary school, polytechnics and universities are in the education system day after day. There are 4,871,763 young people up to the age of 25 in the Netherlands. These are 4,871,763 opportunities. They will make a change in 5 years' time, in turn they see opportunities that go beyond digitization, beyond robotization and perhaps even beyond Artificial Intelligence.If you want to stay ahead of the change, you will need to work with the people who will make the change.
