1. We offer a range of oil and gas services on and off the rig to increase asset performance, reliability, and safety. 2. We have 1 client under contract for $180K for 1 year starting June 1. We are finalizing the contract for a second client in May worth $370K over 1 year that will start in June. We expect to have 2 more client contracts finalized in June for $550K over 1 year that will start in July. All contracts are at 40%+ margin and are annuity based and renewable each year.3. We created this market. We know and have worked with the decision makers at the top 10 customers. Our employees (and future employees) have worked with us and the decision makers previously. We will be able to quickly acquire and grow new customers. This is a high margin (40%+) annuity business with no direct competition.
