Preferred Homes LLC is a privately owned and operated residential real estate investing company. The primary focus is residential real estate in Northwest Indiana. We buy distressed properties, do a complete remodel, custom design, and sell them for a profit. We also have a rental portfolio for some cash flow and passive revenue streams but our primary focus for now is on selling our inventory. The key differentiation with our company is that we are not simply "flipping" houses, we are doing a custom designed Preferred Home. The quality of our remodels are some of the best in Indiana with only the highest quality of materials used. Due to the high demand of our costumed designed homes our typical house last only 2 weeks on the market.
