PBA ServicesPBA's services as an Export Trade Company (ETC) include an International Buyers Representative and an International Manufacturer's Representative for sellers. PBA's comprehensive methodology includes the activities of an Export Management Company (EMC). Export Trading Company (ETC)As an ETC, PBA facilitates the import and export of merchandise and services. 1: International Buyers RepresentativeAs an international buyer's representative, PBA is under agreement with globally based companies to identify, offer advice, and assistance in the purchase of products at the best combination of price and service. PBA identifies a prospective buyer's needs, assesses opportunities, and selects highly qualified and competent suppliers.2: Sellers: Broker and International Manufacturer's Representative PBA can operate as an independent manufacturer's representative, representing several clients on a commission basis. We market new clients in defined territories. The manufacturers both ship and bill the client directly, set prices, terms, and other conditions of the sale. PBA creates highly customized marketing functions for each of our client companies. We coordinate guidelines, and select the most profitable objectives, set communication guidelines, and focus on profitability. PBA uses the company's product literature and samples to present products to prospective clients. PBA handles complementary product lines, provides product assistance, warehousing, and technical service. PBA markets its client's products to buyers, passing sales directly to the client company, working on a commission basis. PBA's agreements are for a stated time renewable by mutual consent. The agreement defines territory, terms of sale, method of compensation, reasons and procedures for termination and other details. PBA operates on either an exclusive or a nonexclusive basis.
