Her motto has always been "to do common things uncommonly well."Also in 2011, Kim founded a nonprofit company called Music of the Heart. This ministry is developing Marching Band music programs in remote villages of Haiti. Kim is dedicated to providing a ray of hope thru music to these youth living in a world of extreme poverty.
