The Weld Shop has 75KVA Projection welding Machines, Stud Welding Machines and 8-75 KVA Spot weld machines and 300 A MIG welding machines.-PU has a full In-house Tool Design and Development facility and has many running Progressive tools, producing 25000 parts per shift.-PU is certified Green Status Tier 2 Vendor Of Maruti Suzuki and supplier to Hilex India Ltd., Mitsuba SICAL, India Ltd, Aditya Auto Ltd. and Mahle Filter systems Ltd.-PU is ISO-9000,2018 certified company-PU has Key manufacturing process of Blanking, Bending, Punching, Deep Draw in Press Processes and Spot, MIG, Stud, Ark welding in Fabrication Processes.-PU is committed to on-time delivery and '0' PPM quality and delight customers-PU has current spare capacity of 35 % and with new machine addition will become 40% to add new customer business.
