Our mission is to help small and mid-sized companies (SME) on the design and execution of strategies to lunch new and innovative products and services.At PREMIUM PRAXIS, we provide systematized and modular solutions that enhance the management of innovative programs within an organization. Each module uses a set of best practices, digital platforms and KPIs to facilitate the processes of creation, launch, evaluation and implementation of innovative value propositions.The design of the proposed structure is based on a diagnosis of the existing business model to identify challenges . We then provide a support structure to help teams develop those initiatives into successful projects. The lunch of the new product or service is made with the help of prototypes and a set of agreed KPIs to measure consumer engagement. During this phase we accompany the team responsable for the initiative and advise on adjustments requiere for the prototype to achieve product-market fit.Finally we advise the customer on the structure and resource allocation to run and incorporate the new development into the existing company's portfolio.We have advised more than 100 Start-Ups and SME in Venezuela, Peru and Chile.
