Oh hi there, we're Prepped. Our mission is simple - healthy, convenient food that actually hits that spot. It's our duty to fulfil your wildest eating desires without leaving you feeling guilty.As with the start of most good movies, you're probably wondering how we got here. We're a young team with hospitality backgrounds and, being busy millennials, we found it impossible to find the time to prepare healthy meals and wanted fast food convenience combined with all the health benefits of eating fresh balanced meals. The search didn't go well and so we looked for something that would change the game. We didn't find it.We were left with no alternative but to try and come up with something ourselves. The team devised a cunning plan: create something tastier than boiled chicken and rice; create meals people couldn't believe were good for them and quashed all those naughty cravings. Nutritious and delicious all in the same meal.Prepped is the product of those long nights spent brainstorming and bouncing ideas off each other until the sun came up. Now, we have something for everyone. Everything nutritious, delicious and joyous.Gymgoers, we got you. Busy millennials, we got you. Foodies, we got you.
