PreScience Corporation traces its lineage to Lim And Nascimento (LAN) Engineering (founded in 1994), with core practice in design as well as construction management of highway, bridge and rail projects. At the time of the LAN-AECOM merger in 2009, LAN, consisting of more than 200 professionals, had established itself as one of the largest transportation consulting firms in California. It had a reputation for working closely with owners and project stakeholders to successfully deliver projects with a high level of community acceptance. In 2013, the former LAN principals established PreScience, a California corporation, based on the same founding principle of ‘placing the interests of our clients and the projects we serve above everything else’. PRESENT In a mere 7 years since inception, we have emerged as one of California’s leading Project Management (PM), Construction Management (CM), Construction Engineering and Inspection (CM-CEI) and Materials Engineering (ME) firm, comprised of over 60 professionals (including 20 registered California Professional Engineers) engaged in supporting project delivery with exceptional outcomes.
