MIOS Company is a real producer of press brake tools with a complete production circle. That's why we have a possibility to manage and control all production steps according to our and customers' demands. We supply all kinds of press brake tools for Amada, Trumpf, Beyeler and other systems. Also, American style tools are available. We export about 70% of our production. Our main markets are EU countries, USA, Canada, Australia, Israel, Brasil, Russia, Belarus, and e.t.c. Our logistic department can organize quick and smooth delivery to any point in the world. Our main customers are press brake producers, sales and production companies all over the world. On our domestic market, we keep the leading positions. In our production, we use modern milling equipment, induction and heat hardening, surface and profile grinding, laser marking. Also, we have a possibility to produce a private branded tools for our customers. Our tools are produced from certificated materials. Possible grades of steel are C45, C55, 42CrMo4. We produce a lot of special or modified tools. Our engineers can create tool design or prepare a full bending technology with tool design and graphic bending steps. Then we can supply these tools in the short term. Any segmentation of quantity is possible to order. We have a mobile team of 40 qualified specialists who are ready to produce any tools you need.
