Preston Baker's reputation for delivering proactive, first-class service using innovative marketing techniques and cutting edge technology has been confirmed by the Sunday Times Estate Agency Awards for 2013: the judges named Preston Baker as the Northern Estate Agency of the Year, and the Best Small Estate Agency in the country.
