An entertainment/event division of The Reading Eagle, Pretzel City Production's mission is to help fuel a renaissance of culture, art, music, and outdoor recreation in downtown Reading and surrounding Berks Country. We aim to entertain those who live, work, and play here and to attract tourism to Pennsylvania's Americana Region.Our flagship event, Berks Country Fest, created in 2015, is a 16-day festival celebrating the Americana heritage of the Reading and Berks Country area, a region that is rich in Americana culture. The festival is anchored by its flagship music series, the Americana Music Concert Series, made up of over a dozen concerts utilizing venues around town.
