Prevention & Protection of Abused Children, Inc. (PPAC) believes in the quality of life for children and families of all races, color and creed. It is our mission to ensure that every family member be provided the opportunity to experience healthy, nurturing relationships and be treated with dignity and respect. We will provide children and families with positive role models, opportunities for family enrichment and assist them in utilizing community resources that promote self-sufficiency, productivity, and wellness. PPAC believes that supporting families through community based prevention programs assures optimal family functioning and healthy childhood outcomes.Prevention and Protection of Abused Children, Inc. (PPAC) began in 1983 as a grass roots response to the increasing problem of child abuse and neglect. PPAC provides quality family programming, as well as child maltreatment prevention services to children that are at risk of or have experiences child abuse and neglect. PPAC is dedicated to enhancing family life through intervention, prevention, and ongoing education.
