PRfect is an Indonesian based PR agency established in 2009 with the vision to grow and protect reputation for brands with impactful reputation solutions at reasonable budget that as many brands as possible will be able to afford them. We are a talented group of consultants and specialists each having more than 10 year experience which focus in helping clients through Publicity, Influencer Engagement, Crisis Communication, Digital PR, Marketing Communications, Messaging & Writing, Media Monitoring and PR Coaching services. By rising demand from other agencies, we also provide strategic and tactical services under Non Disclosure Agreement. Clients big or small and from different industries engage us because we are trusted and reliable partner that they are comfortable to work with. That's why we have retainer and ad hoc clients that have been with us for >5 years, a litigation PR client whose crisis was resolved in less than 1 month and two brands gaining their first national publicity success after almost 4 decades of presence in Indonesia. We work hard to bring such reputation by adopting principal-level services by our founder and consultants, no hidden fees, and investing in building long-term media and influencer relationships. Our vision also goes beyond reputation. We want to create a better awareness of PR for aspiring PR pros and all people impacted by our business. Our Founder, Dian Safitri is a seasoned PR pro with more than 12 years, both as in-house corporate PR and PR consultant. Prior to establishing PRfect, Dian handled PR in Inke Maris & Associates, Redwhite Communication Solutions, Cement Mexico, and Barito Pacific Timber, as well as gained valuable experience working at U.S. Consulate General Office and English First in Surabaya.
