At Pride and Power Wellness Center, we believe in no matter who you are: gay, straight, transgender, gender-nonconforming, black, Hispanic, and the list goes on, you belong and you are welcomed! We have streamlined our services that make anyone that comes to us welcomed with open arms. We are not just another wellness center; we are an environment that believes in the human race and that everyone deserves an equal chance.More studies are being published in the scientific and medical field showing how human beings are becoming more susceptible to chronic and mental diseases, especially in the LGBTQ+ community due to discrimination practices. We have identified that this is more so due to the resources for wellness are spread out too far and spread thin across the board. We are combating this by bringing it all together.Pride and Power is centered around the Five Dimensions of Wellness: Physical, Emotional, Social, Spiritual, and Intellectual. We believe that human beings were put onto this world to become the best versions of ourselves. We use the Five Dimensions as a guide to shift your focus into having the necessary resources in each dimension so that you can be more connected to your mind, body, and soul.Our owner comes from humble roots and has been impacted by being a minority himself: LGBTQ+ and mixed race (Hispanic, Caucasian, and African-American). Pride and Power Health Spa believes in giving back and being strongly involved in the non-profit community that stands for equal rights for everyone.
