Team DoubleTap, a gaming organization formed in September 2017 under the leadership of professional gaming pioneer Way Stark, rebranded to PrideStark Gaming in December 2017. Under the PrideStark Entertainment umbrella initially formed by Stark back in 2014, PrideStark Gaming is transitioning into 2018 with a goal of making a heavy impact on the professional gaming scene as well as keeping their presence in the fandom & convention community going."The brand PrideStark found its roots in the idea that bridging the convention scene with the world of gaming was a strong one. While planning for the new year and throughout this rebranding process, I wanted to make sure our roots were kept in check, and we've figured out how to do just that through the PrideStark brand," says Stark. "Gaming is so much more than those who sit behind a computer; it's the dedicated creatives who cosplay their favorite video game characters, the conventions that bring thousands of people together from multiple gaming fandoms, and all the personalities in between."
