No Ordinary Sausage! Free Range | Gluten Free | All NaturalAt Primal Cut our mission is to get the world eating good sausages. And we mean really good sausages. All Primal Cut sausages are gluten free, sugar free, dairy free, soya free, artificial preservative free, low in carbs, keto-friendly – and certified by Coeliac UK. We use delicious 100% free range pork and don't believe in short cuts!Every product that bears our name has been hand made by Michael and our son Robbie at our small artisan kitchen in Burly in Wharfedale. We hand butcher all the meat and hand blend our seasonings and are rightly proud of every hand-picked ingredient we use in our tasty meaty sausages, nitrite free bacon and deli meats.Our bacon is dry –cured for over four weeks with a secret blend of sugar free, nitrite free herbs and spices before being thickly sliced and vacuum packed for freshness. We work all week to prepare our products and our all natural sausages. Our hand made products are sold at Saturday markets and selected suppliers through the regions and are always available to pre-order and collect. We also supply business to business to hotels and restaurants who are looking for extra special all natural cured meats including pancetta, prosciutto, copacolla and more.Michael Oliver was trained and mentored by his good friend and Master Charcutier Alex Chambers.
