Primate is a platform that short lists job candidates for interviews based on what they can do, not who they know. We get away from selecting candidates based on gut feelings or unproven proxies, such as the university the candidate attended. Instead, we focus on concrete data points, like aptitude test scores or the number of times a candidate has been fired from a previous position.Through questionnaires and online testing we analyze the entire applicant base's experience, skills, personality, and culture fit, discovering the best, most capable candidates. We also let employers "meet" candidates through short video introductions, getting first impressions out of the way. By leveraging web technology and scoring algorithms, we reduce the time and cost of hiring. We're able to evaluate a greater number of candidates, far more thoroughly than any other available method.
