We install new Avaya IP Office systems as well as service Avaya Legacy equipment such as Partner and Magix systems. Our focus is the small to midmarket business (SMB). Our goal is to provide personalized service to our clients with our fantastic products and knowledge of the industry. We call Lexington, Kentucky home but we service a much larger area. Today's technology allows us to remotely access and support clients all over the globe.Here at Primavox Solutions we believe that the words friendly, knowledgeable, and professional should always come to our clients' minds when asked to describe us. It takes someone that is interested in you and your business to truly understand your needs.We have spent years implementing systems, running countless scenarios on our own equipment, and collaborating with manufacturers to gain the knowledge needed to perform well in the field. Our employees carry several Avaya professional certifications including APSS, ACIS and ACSS. These certifications are awarded to those that exhibit the knowledge to sell, install and maintain Avaya's products.
