The Hyperloop One Global Challenge is a worldwide open competition for teams interested in presenting comprehensive commercial, transport, economic, and policy case for their cities, regions, or countries to be considered to host the first hyperloop networks. The Hyperloop One Global Challenge does not have an engineering focus: the main idea is that participants take the existing technology and propose how it can be used in different locations. Hyperloop One seeks to work with those applicants whose proposals not only address how Hyperloop can change transport in their locations, but also how Hyperloop can generate economic growth, contribute to development, and create new opportunities for people to live and work anywhere. Our corridor Madrid-Tánger has been selected as one of the 35 worldwide semifinalist of the Challenge.
