We are sustainability consultants and we work at a strategic level, examining the universe of sustainable practices that might be relevant to a project - from initial program concepts, design solutions, construction techniques and ultimately operations and consumer or guest education. LEED certification can be used as a powerful tool to add value in real estate, but it has to be analyzed in the context of overall project strategy as well as vision and client goals.
