What do we do?We help sales organizations with complex sales cycles (direct or indirect) minimize the risk associated with key opportunities in their sales pipeline.How do we do that?We have a unique managed program that helps our client companies quickly analyze key opportunities in their pipeline. Our analysis (which takes <10 minutes per opportunity) provides immediate feedback in the form of a "Flight Check". The Flight Check shows sales professionals where their selling strategies are strong or vulnerable across five key dimensions. Sales representatives then receive an advice package that gives them concrete steps they could take to change areas of vulnerability into positions of strength.
