PriViLS was started in 2013 as a service provider to pharmaceutical industry to bridge the gap between Engineering /Technology and drug development. PriViLS provide processing expertise during early phase /new drug development and supports the pharmaceutical companies right up-to scale up and commercialization. Pharmaceutical industry is characterized by batch processes in the production environment. The batch process helps maintain quality and regulatory compliance. With advances in 21st regulatory emphasis on PAT, the focus of the pharmaceutical industry is now on innovation in the area of productivity improvement in production and R&D environment. The industry began with continuous processes like Spray drying. Hot Melt Extrusion, Nano-Particles, Automation, Robotics are latest tools guiding innovation in pharmaceutical industry. PriViLS is amongst the first few companies to take this initiative forward by providing engineering expertise for applications like Bio-availability Enhancement, Granulation, Continuous Manufacturing,Combining Unit Operations for production, Robotics for sterile manufacturing, Packaging and Serialization to fight counterfeit drugs thus preparing the industry and country to face today's competitive landscape. Our objective is to bring latest technology to the pharmaceutical industry to facilitate innovation and reduce the cost of drug development.To achieve this objective, PriViLS partners with existing technology providers from different industries and connect them with the pharmaceutical companies through its technology lab at IBAB and thus taking steps to fill this gap.
